Pizzo helps homeowner associations with property management services such as HOA landscape maintenance including natural pond management (aka naturalized stormwater basins). We partner with licensed landscape architects and property managers to ensure compliance is maintained and city ordinances are met/exceeded.
Many subdivisions are suffering from deferred maintenance of natural areas, or a general lack of ecological knowledge from current landscaping vendors. We can fix these problems to show the true benefits of native landscapes.
