Why do you want to lower your assessments? Are they too high? Just wanna warn you that too low assessments aren’t any better than too high. Your HOA can quickly run out of funds to pay for maintenance and upkeep, which is bad for everyone

Its not really a great idea to make a Facebook group for an HOA due to liabiltiy reasons… people might also use it as a place to rant ro complaint about stuff… theres a risk of foul language and all that… things could get ugly raelly fast…
