A couple of residents have decided to start a newsletter. The first edition does deal with a few neighborhood topics but also dives into local politics and other topics not related to our HOA. The editors are asking for the Association’s help and support in promoting their efforts. Recognizing that free speech is a right, is the Association within its rights to refuse to help promote this newsletter?
