Just got a notice from the HOA that all grilling is banned, even in my own backyard. Seriously?? What am I supposed to do with my grill now? This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!

Probably some fire safety nonsense. HOAs love to overreact. I’d ask if there’s any way to get around it—like using an electric grill. Still sucks though. I’d be mad too.

Ugh, I feel you. My HOA did this a few years ago. Turned out they had some insurance issue, so they banned grilling to avoid “liability.” Maybe check if that’s the case?
