As far as I can tell, our association has never achieved a quorum at any annual meeting. Yet we have been able to elect directors all these years. Our association is based in Washington State and has been in business for 30 years, 117 households. Are those directors legally elected?I am serving as president.

Interesting question. I know with many HOA’s “legality” is sometimes determined by what has been allowed in the past without objections.
