We have an Easter event coming up here in our condo and I’m concerned about safety since it’s open even to NON unit owners… Is the board even allowed to do this?
Associations can plan events and invite even non-members of the community. This might be a way your condo is raising funds, too. If you don’t have a lot of kids in your condo, an Easter event that’s open to the public would make more sense.
I’m sure your board has taken the right precautions in ensuring the safety of the residents and taken all aspects of the event into account. Trust your board on this one.
