Digital Access – Our online portal allows homeowners in the community to access community documents, pay assessments, submit ACC requests, and more! With a user-friendly interface that can be accessed on mobile devices or computers, homeowners can quickly and easily access information relating to their account AND community. Board members have additional access to board-specific items such as the board member document section, approvals (such as for estimates), and ACC review (also available to committees if one is elected).
Transparency – Keeping the Board and members of the community informed is a key element in HOA management. We ensure transparency by sharing important documents with the board and community members. Sensitive items, such as delinquency and violation reports, can only be accessed by Board members.
Common area Maintenance – We have a convenient online system that allows homeowners to submit common area maintenance requests directly through their portal. We are also available 24/7 for phone calls related to EMERGENCY REPAIRS as well as 24/7 for text-based troubleshooting on non-emergency repairs.
Free Features/Services – We offer a variety of free services and features to our clients. Here are just a few examples: FREE utility concierge (for new owners moving into the community, the service will help them set up utilities and other services through one simple call!), FREE lockbox services (allowing a secure location for homeowners to send their payments to through the mail), FREE online payments (free ACH/EFT assessment payments), and FREE online maintenance library that we have built and developed to assist homeowners in completing DIY repairs to their property (non-common area maintenance), such as tips on unclogging drains, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and more.
