Is there a dues-collecting HOA or civic association for Parkview Estates in Pasadena, Texas?
I can’t find one.
My realtor cannot find one.
The title company needs to know if there is one.

You may be able to conduct a search through the state’s entity directory by entering the subdivision’s name. You may also be able to find some information through the Harris County Clerk’s Office Website. Kindly conduct a search for any governing documents, such as the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) that might indicate the presence of an HOA in the neighborhood. Alternatively, you may contact Harris County Planning Department or the Pasadena City Planning Department. Apart from these, you may ask the neighbors within the community or ask the developer/builder to verify whether there is an HOA.
