You may approach your HOA board or manager for concerns about violations. If you are unsatisfied with your current HOA management, bring this to the attention of your HOA board. As of now, there is no state agency that governs HOAs in Georgia. However, you may refer to the following for certain complaints:
1. Fair Housing Division of the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity – for any alleged violations of housing discrimination
2. Georgia Real Estate Commission – for the licensure, education, and discipline of real estate professionals, including community association managers
