Does an HOA unit member have a right to the membership list of owners? If so, what has to be supplied, e.g. name, address. Does the phone number and email have to be supplied if the answer is that an owner can request a list of owners.

Hi Eileen,
New Hampshire HOA laws currently do not address this. That being said, there are certain privacy issues associated with membership lists that an HOA may not be comfortable providing. Make sure to check with your HOA board and review your governing documents to know for sure.
