We have 2 residents that have starred a face book page using the subdivision name on the factbook page, but we did not sanction this, and we want it stopped. It has been causing bitching between neighbors that could escalate. How do we take it down or what can we say to have it taken down. I have reached out to Facebooks stating this is a fraud.

You may want to reach out to the residents who started the Facebook page and ask them to take it down. You can also discourage homeowners from joining the Facebook page, explaining to them that it is not the official page of the association. Don’t forget to follow up with Facebook on the report.
