There’s a pin hole in the copper gas pipeline located inside walls between the bathroom and kitchen of the condo. Is it the responsibility of the HOA to replace and repair the pipeline.

According to the Maryland Condominium Act Section 11–108.1, the association is responsible for maintaining the common elements while unit owners are responsible for their units. Kindly also review the governing documents to verify whether there are any provisions stating otherwise.
