I bought property in a HOA years ago and it was for summer house I have rented this unit when not living there now the HOA is trying to disallow the right to rent my property which was not the conditions when I invested hundreds of thousands of dollars. Can they just vote this in and limit what I feel is my rights?

An HOA in Ohio can generally restrict rentals within the community. Check your CC&Rs to see if the HOA has the authority to restrict rentals.
