crock Mgr took over of Assoc Affairs after BOD abandon their post, he appointed a few members without election votes. Now majority of HOA ARE RECALLING n Electing ENTIRE BOARD LEGALLY per HOA GOVERNING LAWS. WHO CAN CALL SUCH ELECTION MEETING?

In California, the remaining board members may appoint a replacement to fill the vacant seat/s on the board without the need for an election. If you wish to remove the board members, Corporations Code Section 7222 outlines the requirements and procedures. Your bylaws may also contain additional guidelines.
