Recording Votes in HOA Meeting Minutes

Question:

When voting any issue during a Condo meeting, does the Condo board have to report in the minutes who voted yes, no or abstane?

– Laurence

Answer:

Hi Laurence,

It is not necessary to record individual board member votes. Recording whether the directors voted for or against a particular issue is enough. However, if a director requests that their vote be specifically recorded, then you can do so.
