When voting any issue during a Condo meeting, does the Condo board have to report in the minutes who voted yes, no or abstane?

Hi Laurence,
It is not necessary to record individual board member votes. Recording whether the directors voted for or against a particular issue is enough. However, if a director requests that their vote be specifically recorded, then you can do so.
