We are a small community of 25 homes. We have a HOA that just takes care of common area lawn mowing and some tree maintenance. There is some land behind our backyard and I would like to purchase a small portion of this land to make my backyard look even (currently very crooked boundary).
How can I get the land purchased from HOA?
