According to the Florida Homeowners’ Association Act Section 720.303(5)(c)(6), an association may print and distribute to parcel owners a directory containing the name, parcel address, and all telephone numbers of each parcel owner. However, if there seems to be discrimination in publishing and distribution based on religion, this may violate the Fair Housing Act. Kindly consult a lawyer for further guidance.
