Our community has an HOA and they sent out a letter stating out community pool would not be opening this year due to conflicts with neighbors how can we get this resolved? We as community pay dues monthly and they are not opening our amenities

The best way to work around your pool problem is to speak to your HOA board. Check your governing documents as well to see if there are any provisions that can guide you. It is best to resolve the conflicts first, although that would be the board’s responsibility.
