I am serving as President of a Condominium Board of Directors and we cannot find volunteers to serve on our Board. Our governing documents say we shall have a Board of five members. What happens to our Association if we cannot elect more Board Members when three of our four end their terms in September?

Check your bylaws to see what options are available. Depending on your bylaws, you may be able to appoint homeowners to become board members or have current members remain in their seats until you can elect new people to fill them.
