I am a renter in a Condo community. I have a severe noise problem with adjoining neighbors who can’t comprehend the problem. The landlord has been notified as well as the management company and HOA president. Each says it’s not their job to intervene. Whose job is it anyway? I have documentation supporting when it happens.
