Question:
I am the President. We legally voted to disolve our HOA March 2024. Our property management company has been given all of the recorded documents our HOA attorney had us file with the county and approved the distribution amounts of the over $43,000 that was in our bank account.
I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals office last week. Is there anything else I can do to MAKE them refund the money?

Kindly coordinate with the management company and exhaust all forms of communication to finish the process. You may also follow up on your complaint with the Texas Attorney General and seek help from an HOA attorney.
