Question:

Our city won’t plow our reading our cic townhome community because our road is private. How can we change something so they will plow our road?

Answer:

Hi Sue,

Private roads usually fall under the responsibility of the owner — in most cases, that’s the HOA. If your HOA would like the city to take charge of the plowing, the HOA should coordinate with the city government.
