Complaining about the way drainage in our subdivision washing out our home & driveway I contact Henderson County TX & Neches River Athorities They say it’s HOA problem These last two storms really did seriously damage to our home because of flooding washing over the roads Dabrie slamming into & under our home put holes in floors from underneath Who can help us We do have Fema involved but not enough to replace home or driveway should Hoa be handling the flood problem?

The maintenance responsibilities of the HOA and individual homeowners should be outlined in the governing documents. Check your CC&Rs and bylaws to understand what your HOA’s role is in all of this.
