I was just wondering if you could point me in the right direction to find builder’s responsibilities in a builder controlled HOA. The builders controls our HOA until 100% of lots are sold. His wife runs and operates the HOA management company. I am looking to see what their responsibilities include while they control the HOA. They only provide budgets and no other financial information.
