My roof was damaged on July 29, 2023, 3 months later it is still not fixed. I own a house with a shared roof with my naighbor to the rear. The associations inshurance is responcible to fix it. The HOA has had an adjuster out and they have recived funds. But they are wanting to form a commity to oversee the claims. what can i do to get them to fix my roof?
