Question:
Is there a way to be removed from my Hoa as we don’t have or am able to use any of the amenities? Or property does not have access to the only road that the hoa money is used for and my home is not located in the community with ant of the other hoa homes.

Answer:
Hi Mike,
Generally, the only way to terminate your membership in an HOA is to sell your home and move out. Otherwise, you should check your HOA’s governing documents and consult your HOA board for guidance. It is also best to take up your concerns regarding your road access and location with the HOA board.
