Our board/manamgent company seem to enforce rules on some oweners while letting others get away withthe same thing. I was in the understanding that it was rulles apply to or or none. Am I correct?

Hi Brian,
The HOA board and management company both have a duty to enforce the rules equally to all homeowners or HOA members. If they do not, it is considered selective enforcement and it may constitute a waiver of the right to enforce the rule.
