Minutes from the last 3 board meetings.
Association budget for 2022 and 2023.
Names and email addresses of all Board members.
Must the property management company give me the information I requested? If so, how long must I wait for to answer my request?

The HOA is required to provide access to certain records should a homeowner make a request as per Civil Code § 5200. These include the HOA budget, board meeting minutes (except minutes of executive sessions), and membership lists (except for those who opted out).
