Question:
After a HOA meeting, how long does the board have before they board shares the (not approved) minutes?
– Beth
Answer:
Hi Beth,
Arizona law currently does not address this. However, your governing documents might. Make sure to review your bylaws and CC&Rs to see what the requirements are. But, in general, it is best to make the minutes available to all association members within thirty (30) days following the meeting.
