As of Jan 2024: Dues Will be $844 per quarter.

Delaware law currently does not impose a limit on HOA dues increases. That being said, it is important to check your governing documents. Your CC&Rs and bylaws may contain language that limits the board’s power to raise dues. However, not all governing documents have such a provision.
