Our hoa sent us a letter asking each condo owner for $ 11,000 for damage to our condos during a hailstorm. This event happened in May. They sent us a letter on September 5, 2023. They want this money by October 16, 2023. They are claiming its a loss assessment. They are not offering a payment plan, they want the entire amount on 1 month. This is an absurd amount of money to be paid in 1 months time.
