Question:
My HOA board hasn’t filed the states Biennial Report and the dead line has passed as of June 01, and the Registered agent and address on file is incorrect with the state.
I Have told the board of the incorrect Agent address as well the report that is due they just ignored me. Would it be possible for a homeowner to file the paper work with the state?

Hi Lee,
According to the Nebraska Secretary of State, HOAs that have missed their filing report deadline may file for reinstatement. But, the application form may need to be signed by an officer or board member.
