Question:
I live in a community where the HOA is recorded as disolved. While I did pay 1/2 of my so called dues, I still owe 1/2. A member that was previously the Treasurer is posting delinquent unit numbers on a facebook page. Is this legal? There is not an official HOA in place currently.

A dissolved HOA generally can’t collect dues anymore because it no longer has the authority to do so. That said, make sure to confirm that the HOA has, indeed, been dissolved.
