Condo Responsibility for Slab and Foundation in CT

Question:

When removing the carpeting in my condo I found large crack in the slab and foundation of the building the condo association is not taking any responsibility for it and I need to know where to turn, the foundation crack had cause my bedroom wall do move out and slab to up heave.
