We currently have a double digit amount of properties that are substantially past due on their yearly dues. We have liens on their property but the homeowners seem to not care. We are testing the waters to see if sending them to collections is worth it. Could y’all possibly point us in the right direction on getting the ball rolling on this? Also maybe some companies that specialize in HOA collections.

Depending on your documents, your HOA may also wish to pursue the next step and begin foreclosure proceedings.
