Question:
In Indiana, does the HOA board have to allow property owner access to all meetings, and must they share invoices?
– Jay
Answer:
Hi Jay,
Section 32-25.5-3-3 of the Indiana HOA Act states that homeowners have a right to attend any board meeting, including annual meetings. The same section also states that homeowners have a right to inspect the HOA’s financial records, including invoices, though with certain exceptions under subsection (k).
