Our Bylaw state the Nominating Committee shall be appointed by the Board of Directors 30 days prior to annual meeting. The Nominating Committee shall be appointed by the Board of Directors.
Can anyone on the current Board of Directors run to be in the Nominating Committee?

It depends on your bylaws. Your bylaws should tell you whether or not board members can also be members of the nominating committee. If your bylaws are silent, it is best to check with a lawyer and have them review your governing documents.
