Can a convicted felon from Oregon serve on a NV HOA board?. Felony convictions for forgery and battery (assualt) and felon in possession of a gun.

Nevada law currently does not address this. That being said, you should check your association’s governing documents, particularly the bylaws. The governing documents of the HOA should tell you what qualifications candidates must have and if there is anything that would disqualify a person from running for a position on the board.
