HOA requires access to our backyard to perform fence painting and repairs, how much notice are they required to provide in advance of coming into our backyard?
Many of the backyards do not have direct gate access, meaning they would need to access through the garage or via climbing over the fence.
Should the HOA CCRs / handbook state the amount of notice time required?
